Analysis
You know your learners best and we want to get to know them, and your organization, through you. We’ll have meaningful conversations about your training goals, intended learning objectives, technology tolerance, and learner population to ensure the solution we provide is the right one for you. The knowledge gained during the analysis phase will inform each step of the development process going forward. Collaboration is key.
Design
Informed by our analysis, the goal of the design phase is to plan how the learning solution will be presented, what elements, both instructional and visual, need to be incorporated, and how those elements will work together. We will also finalize measurable learning objectives in order to create effective activities, interactions, knowledge checks and quizzes, should they be required as part of the chosen medium.
Development
During the development phase, graphic design and eLearning development teams work together to fully realize the concepts put forward in the design phase. Developers create necessary imagery, interactions, simulations, knowledge checks and quizzes as your learning solution comes to life.
Implementation
We won’t leave you hanging once development is done. With specs requested during the analysis phase, we will publish your learning solution to work on your website, intranet site, learning management system or anywhere else you need it to reside. Evaluation
For organizations that want to take learning one step further, Avise Learning is ready to assess the effectiveness and retention of the learning strategy.
